Maths and English
I offer after-school online weekly sessions in Maths, English and handwriting for children aged 6-11 years. We work in small groups (maximum four children) and I tailor the sessions to the children's ability whilst building their confidence in the skills they already have. I ensure the sessions are engaging, informative and fun!
11+ Tuition
I teach weekly group sessions online covering all four subjects of 11+ (Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning, Non Verbal Reasoning inc Spatial Reasoning). The students learn from direct teaching and, importantly, from each other whilst we learn together in a positive environment. We work collaboratively to find answers to the different question types within each subject. I also encourage children to complete homework relating to the work done in the lesson that week.
In addition to my online weekly sessions, my colleague and I run in-person workshops and mock tests. These are really popular, positive workshops focusing on exam technique and question types for each 11+ subject. International Students
I am also able to offer daytime online sessions in Maths, English Language, History and Geography for international students. I create an encouraging space for children to further develop their love of learning.
